Sea Of Thieves P02 error

Question

İ played this game for 2 day than when i want to open this game again it start to give missing file error.

Oyunu 2 gün oynadım oyunu tekrar açmak istediğimde eksik dosya hatası veriyor.

Got it, thanks. That's because the PAK file is inside a critical Windows system folder. Try the steps suggested in the link below & see if it resolves your issue. Any errors after that, let me know.

Sadly no game still not opening

For some reason i can't put the wanted file in PAK file cuz its sayin you need permission for that how someone have higher priority than owner of it?
