- Shut down the computer using the On / Off button;
- Turn on the computer by constantly pressing the F8 key;
- In the options that appear, click on Troubleshooting;
- Now click on Advanced Options;
- Under Advanced Options click on System Restore, choose a date and proceed with the screen directions. This procedure will take a few minutes.
Note If the F8 key does not work, try simultaneously using the Shift + F11 keys. Each manufacturer has a different configuration to access the Troubleshooting screen, so if you can't, I advise you to contact the manufacturer's support or check the equipment manual.
If you have the installation media, turn off the computer and turn on again with the media inserted and click Repair Computer. The options mentioned above will be presented.
If after restoring the system starts up normally, check the game requirements before installing again. Also visit the website of your equipment manufacturer and by model, download and install all the latest drivers for Windows 8 or the most recent ones such as video card, network card, USB, chipset, Bios.
If the behavior persists, present an error message or code, please post here again. We are available.
I hope I helped, even more!
