AMD Power Slider VS Windows 10 Power Mode Slider

Hello,

The question is ; Which one decides between AMD Power Slider and Windows 10 Power Mode Slider when faced.

AMD Power Slider is here; Windows 10 Control Panel \ Power Settings > Change Plan Settings > Change Advanced Power Settings \ AMD Power Slider \ Overlay

and Windows 10 default power slider (bottom right on taskbar)

The confusing part is;

If one of them is selected different from the other, which one is active? For example Laptop is unplugged, AMD Power Slider is set to Battery Saving (On Battery) and Windows Power Slider is set to High Performance.

On any system with specific software to control motherboard settings, the manufacturers settings will always override Windows settings, and so it is the AMD Power Slider setting that is used.
