Hello Ece,
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community and I'll be glad to assist you today.
First make sure you select your Bluetooth Headphones as the Default Audio output device in the system sound settings.
• Go to Settings > System > Sounds > Choose your Output Device.• Select your Bluetooth Headphones here.
If your Headphone is not listed, there is something wrong with your Bluetooth Settings. You can try running a Bluetooth troubleshooter or re-install the drivers and check if it helps.
1. Run the Bluetooth Troubleshooter.
a. Go to Settings > System > Troubleshooter > other Troubleshooters.
b. Select Bluetooth and click Run.
c. Once the troubleshooter is finished running, restart your computer and check the system sound settings.
If you are still experiencing issues, re-install the Bluetooth Drivers.
• Remove/unpair your Headphones from the System Bluetooth Settings. Then,
- Open the Device Manager.
a. Expand the arrow next to Bluetooth.
b. Right-click your generic Bluetooth drive (usually Intel (R) or Realtek), select Uninstall device, select the Attempt to remove the driver for this device check box, and then select Uninstall.
c. Once uninstalled, restart your PC.
• Now, go to Bluetooth settings again and connect your Headphones.
• See if you can select the headphones as the default audio output device in the system sound settings and the audio is working.
I hope this information helps. If you have any questions, please let me know and I will be happy to help you further.
Best regards,
Gunasekar N
