Can't upgrade to win 11
My problem is I had normally had a windows 11 on my laptop but I had a problem in my CPU and warranty service thought it was because windows 11 and they downgrade to win 10 and blocked my laptop to go win 11 again everytime I reboot there is a screen loading I will upload the picture and it returns to win 10 if I try to go back to win 11. How can I close this setting so I can upgrade to win 11.

2024-11-12T20:19:31+00:00 Hi Boran,
Please try the following steps to upgrade to Windows 11.
- Download Windows 11 Media Creation Tool (MCT) from this link:
https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2156295
- Run MCT and download the ISO it recommends for your system. Do *not* uncheck "Use the recommended options for this PC".
- Right-click on the downloaded ISO and choose "Mount." This assigns the ISO a drive letter.
- Run setup.exe from the ISO drive. This starts the in-place upgrade installation.
(Your files, settings and applications will be preserved if you use the ISO recommended for your system by the Media Creation Tool.)
