My brand new Acer Nitro V15 freezes when I plug it into charger

Hello. The "Nitro V15 ANV15-51" I bought 3 days ago freezes randomly (usually when its idle). SSD was being %100 used during the freezing. I reinstalled Win11 3 times.I scanned the ssd and ram.Also windows event viewer gives theese warnings

Reset to device, \Device\RaidPort0, was issued.

The IO operation at logical block address 0x246c9e8 for Disk 0 (PDO name: \Device\00000047) was retried.

For a brand new computer, it shouldn't act like this, especially you have already reinstalled Windows 11 3 times. This is very likely to be a hardware issue related to SSD or the PSU.

I would suggest that you go to Acer's website, locate your model's driver support, download and install BIOS, and SSD firmware if it is available. If that doesn't resolve the issue, it is best that you reach out to Acer support for further assistance. Your computer should be still covered by warranty at this point if it comes to hardware issue.
