MMC cannot initialize the snap-in.

Thank you for help. I couldnt delete temp files but I did all the commands on cmd then restart but still getting same error.

My first thought this is problem is coming from dotnet 4.0 version. Because I found this error after getting error on program which is working with dotnet 4.0 + vcredist 2010 versions. My another computer with w10 can starting it but this w11 cant. If we can repair dotnet 4.0 maybe i can sure problem is something else.

Can i repair my windows 11 using usb boot ? I dont want to lose my files. I have just one ssd drive.

Hi,
Thank you for your help. But i have another issue right now.
I can not delete Temp file on
-> %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp

The action can't be completed because the folder or a file in it is open in another program.

1. Disable any Antivirus program or Windows firewall you may have for temporary purpose.
2. Cleanup below Temp folders location -> Open Start -> Run -> Type below location one-by-one and press enter -> C:\Windows\Temp -> %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp
3. Run Disk Cleanup from Select C:\ Drive from Properties- > General -> Disk Cleanup - >Cleanup system files
4. Run below DISM commands from elevated

prompt.

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

5. Run sfc /scannow from elevated prompt.

6.Reboot your computer then try to Launch MMC,
