DX12 Games Crash Because of Kernel32.dll and Ndll.dll

Question

Hi ,

I had another topic going but felt the need that this way i would get more direct results.

So as the title suggests my dx12 games -mostly using unreal engine- end in engine crash because of kernel32.dll and Ntdll.dll errors. I have tried couple of options like sfc/scannow and Health checks and repairs but nothing is changed.

I will be really happy if we can find and answer for this problem.

Thanks for reply. I can do clean driver installation too but windows memory diagonastic tool detected faulty rams. So i **** gonna change them -i have 2x8gb ddr4 ram- and by doing that i hope my troubles will vanish.

Right, go do the test reinstall the Video Driver using DDU to reset the Video Driver registration.

Remembering DDU is an application to completely remove video driver in addition to erasing the driver registry and installation folder.

To use the DDU follow the procedure:

1. Download DDU and extract it to a folder on your computer.
2. Open the Display driver Uninstaller.exe application and select model GPU and Nvidia.
3. Select first option and put clean and restart.
4. Wait for the whole process to finish and restart the computer to install the Nvidia Driver.
