Does the computer set as workgroup mean i set my pc as individual usage when i installing it or i set it as organization

So is this correct personal usage = workgroup and organization = domain

    Yes, domain joined is for organization set up. Meaning there's a server working as the hub and then all of the comptuers are workstations connected to the server either via local network or remote network.

    Workgroup is more for peer to peer connection, so that can apply to family network, where you have computers in the same workgroup, it means they can be set up to see each other and access each other.
