Hi, thanks for replying, as per checking and analyzing, it has an error ntkrnlmp.exe, which is usually caused by Damaged power cords and adapters, and drivers, in this case, since you still experience issues, let us do a system repair and if the issue persists, I suggest contacting local technician as I am positive that it is a hardware-related issue.
An in-place upgrade will upgrade the device to the latest version and repair all issues without deleting any files.

- Select Download Now, and select Run. You need to be an administrator to run this tool.
- On the License terms page, if you accept the license terms, select Accept.
- On the What do you want to do? page, select Upgrade this PC now, and then select Next.
- After downloading and installing, it should fix the issue.
