ISO signature verification in Windows 11 pro. How to check?

Question

I **** planning to deploy security onion to hyperv from windows for training. I know how to do sha256 checks with powershell however dont know how to do the following:

gpg --verify securityonion-2.3.220-20230301.iso.sig securityonion-2.3.220-20230301.iso

in this linux command the the iso file and its signature gets into a verification process. Is there a way to achieve this in windows powershell.
