I have a dell visor which was working perfectly a few months ago. Now I come up with this error. The device is detected by the pc.
I tried uninstalling, rebooting and installing windows mixed reality portal again.
I installed all the windows updates.
The troubleshooting page mentions performance issues but I don't know how to assess the info I see on the task manager...
I tried deleting the apps I don't use and try to deactivate some of the startup apps.
I also tried diconnecting usb devices I use.
I don't know what else can I do. I appreciate any help.

Hello Haticeşahin4.
I'm Daniel, an independent Advisor and I'll be glad to help you today.
Error code 15-5 indicates that the mixed reality coordinator stack has lost synchronization and communication with the mixed reality portal (the application that hosts Windows mixed reality experiences) has expired. This may have been caused by a performance issue or an underlying component of Windows crashing, for example, explorer.exe
If you see this only occasionally, it may be useful to pay attention to see if your CPU, HDD or RAM are damaged. If you see this often, send feedback so we can take a look. (If you are not yet configured to provide "Complete" feedback and diagnostics, you will need to correct the error message again after changing the configuration for the telemetry to be logged)
Here are instructions on how to submit comments: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/mixed-...
"Geoff" source from Microsoft's Mixed Reality engineering team.
Let me know if this helps.
Have a happy day
Best regards,
Daniel.
No problem, you can always open a new title. Thank you for choosing Microsoft Windows 10
