Windows Mixed Reality error code 15-5

Question

I have a dell visor which was working perfectly a few months ago. Now I come up with this error. The device is detected by the pc.

I tried uninstalling, rebooting and installing windows mixed reality portal again.

I installed all the windows updates. 

The troubleshooting page mentions performance issues but I don't know how to assess the info I see on the task manager...

I tried deleting the apps I don't use and try to deactivate some of the startup apps.

I also tried diconnecting usb devices I use.

I don't know what else can I do.  I appreciate any help.

Eventually I resetted my pc and it works now. Only drawback is that I have to install my apps manually, but can't complain!

Indeed I need a solution asap since it is related to my research work. I went over the other related feedback and didn't see solutions for them either. I think it is not a performance problem since I receive it not occasionally, but always.

After few more days, will it be a few more months? Or years? She needs VR urgently.
