Turkish Q Keyboard with (FGĞIOD) instead of (QWERTY)

I select Turkish Q keyboard, normaly i expect to see Turkish Q (QWERTY) alternative but it shows Turkish Q (FGĞIOD) instead. When i select, It acts as if it is Turkish F keyboard. How can i see Turkish Q (QWERTY) in the language alternetive?

    If it's a company PC then I'd contact the IT Help desk in your company as they are responsible for fixing it and will hold you responsible for any mistakes in doing so. This is especially important if they only allow you to have a Standard User account as almost all repairs must be done from an Admin account.

    I **** not able to log in as an administrator to get an earlier version of the Windows(as this option was restricted by the company). Is there anything else to be able to get back the original version of the keyboard settings?
