I have been having a problem that my CPU frequency stucks at 0.78 GHz for 2 weeks. There isn't any problem in daily use, but 10 mins after I enter any game suddenly it stucks at 0.78 GHz. When I check temperature sensors, it seems normal, CPU is 70°C and GPU is 75°C. Whenever I have this problem, I have to turn my computer off and then on again or wait for 30 mins.
I removed last windows updates but nothing changed. My current version is Version10.0.19044 Build 19044.

The problem with the CPU being limited to 0.78Ghz is usually caused by the BIOS, go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturers website, and check if there is any BIOS update available that is not already installed on your PC.
