Sorry, I was offline, if resetting BIOS defaults did not get the PC working, please provide a photo of each of the tabs you have available in BIOS.
Bios only shows boot manager and i dont know why

I only see boot manager in bios and my pc does not open.
I only see acer loading screen. After huge waitning on acer loading screen nothing happens.

On that version of BIOS, press the F9 key to apply BIOS defaults, then press F10 to save those changes and exit BIOS, does your PC then boot into Windows?

I am Dave, I will help you with this.
If your PC is loaded in UEFO mode, then you would expect to see the 'Windows Boot Manager' rather than the name of the drive set as the primary boot device.
Boot into BIOS, then find the option to load BIOS defaults and apply that, then look for the CSM setting, if that is enabled, permanently disable that, save those settings and restart your PC, does it boot into Windows?
