Please try these suggestion:
- Go to Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options and remove the current PIN.
- Restart your PC and try signing in again with your Microsoft account email and password instead of using Windows Hello.
- If you’re logging in from a new device, make sure you’re using the same Microsoft account that owns Minecraft.
