Microsoft Teams Login

Question

I can't login to Microsoft Teams with my shcool e-mail. There is no error code, it only says "we cannot log you in. please try again." What should I do?

Microsoft Teams'e okul maili ile giriş yapamıyorum. Hata kodu yok sadece Oturumunuzu açamadık. Lütfen tekrar deneyin yazıyor. Ne yapmalıyım?

Have you tried accessing your account to different device or try connecting to a different network? How does it goes?

You may also try to disable any Firewall/VPN and check if the issue will still persist.

It still stops at a white screen after I enter my e-mail. I also tried logging in from another browser but it didn't work either.

I suggest to clear your Teams desktop app cache:

1. Sign out on Teams > Quit Microsoft Teams by right clicking the icon and select Quit.
2. On your keyboard, Hold Windows key and Press R
3. Cut and paste %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams in the RUN then OK.
4. Delete the contents of the entire folder.
5. Restart Microsoft Teams > Sign In.

In the first place, I couldn't log in on the browser. The desktop app also doesn't work, it stops at a white screen when I enter my e-mail address.
