Hello i cant view the already recorded team meetings.Any idea how to fix it? The error im getting is : Unknown processing error

Hello i cant view the already recorded team meetings.Any idea how to fix it? The error im getting is : Unknown processing error.Im using University's email for meeting if that helps.Also yes im still currently student so there should be no error about that.

    If the recorded is in the Chat section, you should look for the Shared Tab. After recording, the file will be automated stored up here. It might be hidden so you may press the expand tab to see all tab you have access to (the "+4" sign in the picture, not the plus sign)

    If the file still not appear here or there isn't Shared tab, you should contact to the recorder to check for permission to the folder or permission for the record file. You can tell them to look for permission by this article. Share SharePoint files or folders - Microsoft Support

    Hello again, the thing is i dont have that screen i go to sohbet > and then click the group however i do not see any Dosyalar seçeneği or teamd and channels im simply stuck at the Sohbet screen there is this button that says Katıl, but im not sure if its for the meeting itself or to get access should i click it? Or what should i do now?

    As you said, other people can view it, which mean the file is fine and no corruption. You also mentioned can't view in web client or desktop. The potential problems would be the permission of those files, and the admin set who can see them (usually the channel admin or the one who record it).
    You can do the following to try to resolve the issue:
    - According to your screen, you are at the home page of your OneDrive. You should check for the recorded team channel, there is a SharePoint used to share files and records. Go to Chats > Teams and channels > Choose your teams > Choose your channel > Files Tab. Check if the file is in there.

    • Make sure you login with the correct account, your institute may set the file unavailable for external user.
    • Asking for the channel admin to check for the file permission. You can ask them to provide a link to check for access.

    1)Other people recorded it.

    2)Some recordings are new and some are old recordings.I can't see any of them.The duration May extend up to 3 hour.

    3)I use both the app and then website i can't access regardless.

    4)I don't know where it stres but i am certain i have access.

    5)Yes they can view it.

    6)Here is the screenshot, Normally There was another screen of error but now it is this:

    There is some additional information that I need for a better troubleshoot at your problem about why you can't view your recorded MS Teams meeting.

    • Was it you who record the meeting or other people recorded?
    • How long since the end the recording and how long was the record duration? When you record a meeting, it usually requires times to handle and transcoding into video.
    • How did you access to the records video, though web client Teams or desktop Teams?
    • Where is the record stored? Do you have permission to view the file?
    • Can anyone else can view the record, like your friends?
    • Can you provide screenshot of the error and with the error or any detail that you think important? Remember to hide personal information before post the screenshot.

    With this information, we can have a deeper look into the problems.
