Everybody in this place is assisting one another. Users of this forum are not employees of Microsoft, and we have no influence on its policies, operations, or data.

This is obviously a scam and please avoid responding to this message. The person who is threatening you does not have access to or information of your system. Otherwise, the fraudster would have already transferred the amount they are begging for.

Since this is a sort of blackmail, I recommend you report it to government authorities (cyber security department), who take care of cybercriminals.
