Hello. I work at a university and I had created an account with my university mail address about a year ago. However I forgot my password and I can't login to that account. When I attempt to reset my password, it tells me to contact my employer. However it wasn't my employer or my university who gave me that account. I created it by myself, just with my university email. Thank you in advance.
