Hi, I am Jeronimo, Thanks for reaching out! I'm an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you.
Unfortunately, in this situation, Microsoft support agents are unable to assist directly. They will inform you that you must successfully complete the account recovery form in order to regain access. I understand how challenging this can be, but it is in place to protect your account. Ultimately, only the information you provide through the recovery form can be used to verify that you are the rightful owner of the account.
- Visit the next link to get help on how to fill the Microsoft account recovery form successfully:
https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/h...
- Provide as much information as possible, such as:
- Any previous passwords you can remember.
- Answers to security questions (if applicable).
- Information about when the account was created (including help with approximate dates).
- Folder or contact names from your Outlook or Hotmail account.
- Submit the form and wait for Microsoft's response, which usually comes within 24 hours.
Using a device and internet connection that you have previously used to access your account can increase your chances of recovering your account.
