    If the verification code is sent to your Gmail, are you experiencing difficulty accessing your Gmail account as well? If you can access your Gmail account online, you can view the OTP and reset your Microsoft account password.

    Also, please check if your Phone does not block texts from unknown numbers. If you are still having issues receiving the verification code during the password reset, you can try the account recovery form again until you are verified.

    Even though I tried everything, the verification code is not coming to my phone. It is coming to my gmail but not to my phone. The e-mail I want to recover is wenom_******@hotmail.com

    1. Did you check your Junk or SPAM e-mail folders in your Gmail account to see if you have received the verification code?
    2. Do you have any other verification methods, such as a Phone number or Authenticator, to confirm your Identity?

    I recommend resetting your password from a different device or a web browser and see if you get the verification code. You can also select the 'Resend code again' option to receive the code again.

    If this didn't work, open an incognito tab and connect your device to a different Wi-Fi network, such asa Mobile hotspot network and see if you get the verification code.

    If you are still having trouble receiving the code, your account may be locked for unusual activity. I recommend trying the account recovery form to unlock your account. If you are verified, instructions on how to log back into your account will be sent to you, and if you are not verified, you will need to submit the Account Recovery form again.
