In order to properly define the URL as a data source in the model, you will need to make sure that the data source is configured correctly in the model's connection settings.
You can verify the connection settings by opening the tabular model project in Visual Studio and navigating to the "Model" menu. Under the "Model" menu, select "Model Properties" and verify that the data source and connection details match the URL you are using in your Power Query.

hello, thank you for your reply.
I paste the same query code in power bi and I see that my table is loaded in the power query editor. but then I get this error when I click on the import option and say process table in the tabular editor. How else can I define this url in the model?
Hello
I am Abdal and I would be glad to help you with your question.
This error message suggests that the data source being accessed in your Power Query is not defined in the model. It's likely that you are trying to connect to a web URL as a data source, but it's not specified in the model.
To identify the web resource causing the issue, you can check the Power Query code and look for any connections to web URLs. The Power Query code can be found by right-clicking on the table in the Model Explorer and selecting "Edit Queries." Once you've identified the web resource, you will need to ensure that it is specified in the model as a valid data source.
If you still face the issue, you can also try using the "View Dependencies" option in Model Explorer to view all the objects and their dependencies in the model, which will give you a better understanding of all the data sources used in the model and the ones that are not defined.
You also may want to check the model's connection properties and make sure that the connection to the web resource is valid and active.
I hope this information helps.
Regards,
Abdal
