sqlde server sorunu

Question

Merhaba birkaç gündür aynı hatayı alıyorum, sqlim asla çalışmıyor uygulamaların hepsini kaldırıp geri yükledim , gelen hata mesajını kopyalayıp internete yapıştırıp çıkan tüm çözüm seçeneklerini de denedim fakat bir türlü düzelmiyor.

verilen hata mesajı bu;
