For God's sake, I have tried everything I can think of for the past two weeks. Your servers are always insufficient, and you make it mandatory to run everything in the cloud. What I want to do is very simple. I’ve tried direct SQL connection in Power Query, Data Warehouse, DirectFlow, and so on. I just want to fetch data, prepare a chart with that data in Excel using Python. Sometimes it works, but most of the time it remains “Busy” and doesn’t respond even after waiting for an hour. How **** I supposed to present this report to my manager this way?

Choosing Python in Excel for this project was a huge mistake. Moreover, I purchased the premium version of Python in Excel, and now it says, “Wait 1 month, your quota is full.” There isn’t even a dashboard to track my quota usage. This launch of Python in Excel has been very unprofessional.

As usual, I solved the problem myself. If there are two Excel files open and both are pulling data using Power Query, attempting to load data into one of them from the Data Warehouse while both files are open causes the process to get stuck at the "loading data" stage. The data doesn't load. However, if you close both files and open just one Excel file to load the data, it loads without any issues. From what I understand, there seems to be a problem with loading data when two Excel files with Power Query and Python are open simultaneously.
