    Thanks for your update. After searching that we found it is reasonable for O365 to block the emails with QR code which for protecting the internal users from phishing - Hunting and responding to QR code-based phishing attacks with Defender for Office 365 | Microsoft Community Hub.

    Back to your concern, if you really need to send the emails with the signature contains a QR code, would you please try following and see if it can make any differences:

    1. Microsoft Defender for Office 365 Settings: If you are using Microsoft Defender for Office 365, you can configure security settings to prevent emails containing QR codes from being blocked. To do this:
      • Log in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
      • Go to the Threat Management section.
      • Under Policy, find the Anti-Phishing or Anti-Spam settings.
      • Add rules indicating that emails containing QR codes are safe.

    2. Email Flow Rules: You can create email flow rules to prevent emails containing QR codes from being blocked. To create these rules:
      • Log in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
      • Go to the Mail Flow section.
      • Under Rules, create a new rule.
      • Specify the conditions and actions to ensure that emails containing QR codes are not blocked.

    According to your description, it sounds O365 blocks your e-mail signatures containing QR codes.

    First of all, would you please allow us to double confirm your scenarios as below:

    1. Whether the recipient are external user or internal user of your organization?
    2. Since you've mentioned that the O365 blocks your email, may I know whether you're using the Office 365 for business account?

    Supposed that your sent emails to external domain's recipients and got blocked.     Thank you for your quick response. The recipients are internal users, and we are using O365 for Business. I have access to the Admin Center. If you explain how to fix the issue, I will follow the steps and try it.
