Hesap Çalınması ve Xbox Profiline Erişim Sorunu

Xbox oyuncu adım Kancer Emin. 13 Nisan 2025’te hesabım çalındı, e-posta adresim izinsiz değiştirildi. Microsoft hesabıma erişebiliyorum ama Xbox profilime ulaşamıyorum, bu yüzden oyunlarım (Minecraft, Forza Horizon) kayboldu. Minecon pelerinlerim ve banner’larım gibi emek verdiğim şeyler gitti. Based on your description, your Microsoft account was compromised. The hacker was able to remove your account's primary email/security info email and replace it with the hacker's email. With your removed primary email, you were able to create a new Microsoft Xbox account, which is why you are still unable to access your previously hacked Xbox profile data.

If it doesn't work, and since the email address has been replaced by the hacker, I'm afraid there is no other working method to recover the Microsoft Xbox account, and Microsoft Support cannot help either.

However, I would recommend reaching out to Microsoft Support immediately as they can possibly suspend the account permanently once they have confirmed that the account can no longer be recovered in order to prevent the hacker from using the account.
