Certain Microsoft PCs that have recently been installed with OS, etc., are not visible on the Microsoft devices page as reported by other users. It is a known issue.
On the https://account.microsoft.com page, on the bottom right, please click the feedback button to report the problem to Microsoft. More the reports, the earlier they will fix it.
