Hey there!
Nice to meet you! I'm Randy, an Independent Advisor.
Hi Önder, This type of USB-spreading malware that keeps recreating itself in C:\Windows\System32 is very persistent, and the most common resolutions are: (1) boot into Safe Mode with Networking and run a full antivirus scan so the malware can’t hide during startup, (2) create a bootable rescue USB (such as Kaspersky Rescue Disk, Bitdefender Rescue Disk, or Windows Defender Offline) on a clean PC and scan your system before Windows loads, which usually removes infections that normal antivirus cannot, and (3) if the virus keeps regenerating even after cleanup, the most reliable solution is to back up important files and perform a full Windows reinstall with drive format; additionally, infected USB drives should be cleaned by deleting the .lnk shortcuts, recovering hidden files, and formatting them afterward.
Best regards,
