My Microsoft Rewards account was recently suspended with the reason “unusual activity.” However, I have only ever used my account in a normal and legitimate way. I have never used any third-party tools, VPNs, or automated methods.

Before the suspension, I had 11,500 points. First, I received an email about a “voided order,” and shortly after that my account was suspended. This is very frustrating because I earned all of my points fairly through regular activities.

I kindly request that my case be reviewed by a real support agent. I am confident that I did not violate any rules, and I hope my account can be reactivated and my points restored.
