Office 2021 kullanıyorum. Outlook classıc kullanıcısıyım Maillerimi Gmail üzerinden alıyorum.

This usually points to how Outlook is handling your Gmail mailbox (IMAP sync, local data file size, or add-ins).

Try to stop syncing Gmail’s All Mail folder in Outlook. By default, Gmail exposes an “All Mail” folder over IMAP. Outlook then tries to download and re-index every message you’ve ever had, which easily grows to tens of thousands of emails and slows sync to a crawl (20–30 minutes like you described). To fix it:

1. Open Gmail in a browser.
2. Go to Settings (gear icon) > See all settings > Labels.
3. Find All Mail, Spam, and Trash.
4. Uncheck "Show in IMAP" for each.
   • This prevents Outlook from wasting time syncing them.

Additionally, in Outlook, compact or rebuild the Gmail .ost file so it stops carrying unnecessary data:

File > Account Settings > Data Files > Open File Location

Right-click your Gmail .ost → Properties → Advanced → Compact Now.

With these two changes, Outlook only syncs your Inbox + chosen subfolders, which makes sync times fast and stable again.
