Help me sign in to my Microsoft account

I can't log in to my personal email address, ******@hotmail.com. I recently changed my password, but I don't remember my new password. Despite following all the necessary steps, I'm not receiving any codes on my phone, and I can't receive a recovery email. Please help me with this. This situation can feel stressful because your email and phone are essential for recovery and not receiving codes makes it harder to regain access.

    The most common reasons for this issue include incorrect recovery information, codes being filtered into spam or junk folders or temporary blocks due to multiple attempts. To resolve this please check your spam or junk folders for the verification email and confirm that your phone number and alternate email on file are correct. If you still cannot receive codes you can use the Microsoft Account Recovery Form and provide as much accurate information as possible such as previous passwords or recent email subjects. If you have other verification options like the Microsoft Authenticator app select “Other verification options” during sign-in. Also wait a few minutes before retrying if you’ve made multiple attempts as Microsoft may temporarily limit requests.
