I cannot access my Hotmail account. ******@hotmail.com

Hello,

I am unable to access my Hotmail account (******@hotmail.com).

The account was temporarily locked after multiple sign-in attempts.

I waited more than 48 hours, but the account is still inaccessible.

I have already submitted the Account Recovery Form twice and received rejection responses, even though I am the original owner of the account and can provide accurate information.

This account is extremely important to me. I have recently applied for a job using this email address and I am currently waiting for a response. I am unable to access any related communication due to this issue.

Additionally, this email address is registered as the primary contact for my bank accounts, university/school systems, and LinkedIn profile. As a result, I am experiencing serious disruption and distress in both my professional and personal life.

Although my phone number is registered on the account, I did not receive any verification codes during the recovery attempts. Since this account was created many years ago, I no longer remember some of the old security details or questions.

I am kindly requesting guidance on how to escalate this issue for a manual review by the Microsoft Account Protection team, or any additional steps I can take to recover my account. I am confident that I can verify my ownership if a specialist review is conducted.

    Based on your description, your account was blocked, and you also tried to submit the recovery form to recover your account, but were unsuccessful. Please try the following methods to unblock your account.

    1. Unblock your account using the sign-in helper.
    2. Fill the form to request Account Reinstatement.
    3. You need to try to fill out the recovery form again. Please, as much as possible, try to fill in all of the required questions to help recover your account. It is suggested to try to submit the form as many as 2 submissions per day.
