Hello, thank you for your reply. I tried it for a maximum of 10 minutes and it always happened the same way, but I will try it for you. By the way, before this problem, the computer gave a blue screen error and when it restarted itself, it gave an AHCI PORT 5 DEVICE ERROR and said to press F1 to continue, and it would update and restart as I described. After doing some research, I realized that the D drive was not working and I disabled it in the BIOS, and that's how it worked. When I tried this yesterday, it said "Preparing for automatic repair" and took me to advanced options. I tried everything in the advanced options, but the computer wouldn't start. I tried to reset it, and at 92% it said "Reverting changes" and a problem occurred. However, the problem now is only that it tries to update and restarts itself.

Hi,

Thank you reaching out and sorry about the problem with the computer. Did you try to wait atleast 1-2 hrs? Sometimes updates appear stuck at a low percentage (like 2%) while processing large files. If the "spinning" icon is still moving.
