Hotmail hesabımdan outlook hesabıma geçiş yaptım fakat mail gelmiyor

Yıllar öncesinde hotmailimin outlooka dönüşmesi ile artık hotmail hesabımın yerini outlook hesabım devraldı. Bundan 12 yıl önceden beri oynadığım oyunumun çift aşamalı doğruluk sistemi aktif olması gerekiyormuş. Fakat hesabım hotmail hesabıma bağlıydı ve artık oraya gelen mailler outlook hesabıma ulaşmıyor. Hotmail hesabımın bağlı olduğu oyunda ise büyük zaman ve maddi emeğim bulunmakta. En azından mailleri alamayacak olsam bile bir belge ile tescilleyebilir vaziyette oynadığım oyunun destek sayfasına bunu beyan edebilirsem mail adresimi değiştirme olanağım olabilir. Rica etsem bu konu ile ilgili yardımcı olur musunuz. İlk hesabımın mail adresi ***@hotmail.com, bu hotmail hesabım outlook olarak dönüştü. O hesabım ise ***@outlook.com.

Eğer tescilleyebileceğim bir belge yok ise yönlendirme tarzı ile hotmail hesabıma gelen maillerim outlook hesabıma da gelebilir mi?

Years ago, my Hotmail account was converted to Outlook, and my Outlook account took over from my Hotmail account. The two-step verification system for the game I have been playing for 12 years now needs to be active. However, my account was linked to my Hotmail account, and emails sent there no longer reach my Outlook account. I have invested a significant amount of time and money into the game linked to my Hotmail account. Even if I cannot receive emails, if I can declare this on the game's support page with a document certifying that I have played the game, I may be able to change my email address. Would you kindly assist me with this matter? My first account's email address was ***@hotmail.com, which was converted to an Outlook account. That account is now ***@outlook.com.

If I don't have a document to verify this, can emails sent to my Hotmail account be forwarded to my Outlook account?
