The screenshot indicates that you are running a 'Windows 11 Home Insider Preview build', which is a pre-release version of Windows. This does not mean your Windows is unlicensed. Your Windows is activated, but you are enrolled in to the Windows Insider Program, which is why you are receiving preview builds.
To stop getting insider preview builds, you can unenroll from the insider program by going into Settings > Windows Update > Windows Insider Program and “Stop getting preview builds”.
Once the next major release of Windows is publicly available, your device will be moved off the Insider preview builds.
