Hello,

I am not receiving password reset emails from Gameforge to my Outlook account.

I have already:

Checked Spam/Junk and all other folders

Added Gameforge addresses to Safe Senders

Verified my mailbox is not full

Requested the reset multiple times

It appears the emails may be blocked or rejected at the server level.

Could you please investigate whether emails from Gameforge are being filtered or blocked?

Thank you.

    Hi Rabia,

Good day. I'm Jhun an independent advisor. I assume you are expecting a password reset email from Gameforge, yet it is not arriving on your Outlook mail? If yes, let's try to do these steps below and see if it will fix the problem.

    A. Check Outlook blocked senders list. Even if you added Safe Senders, the address may still be in Blocked Senders.

    1. Go to Outlook web.
    2. Click gear icon (Settings).
    3. Mail > Junk Email.
    4. Check: Blocked senders and domains Remove anything related to: gameforge.com support.gameforge.com ******@gameforge.com
    5. Save changes.

    B. Check Outlook rules. This sometimes the common hidden cause. Sometimes an accidental rule silently deletes emails.

    1. Settings (gear icon).
    2. Mail > Rules.
    3. Look for: Rules deleting emails automatically. Rules moving emails to a hidden folder.
    4. Disable all rules temporarily and test again.

    C. Check other folders carefully.

    1. Look in: Archive Deleted Items Conversation History Clutter (if present) Focused / Other tab
    2. Also try searching: from:gameforge.

    D. A possible Microsoft server filtering. If the emails are not appearing anywhere at all, Microsoft’s spam filtering may be rejecting them before delivery. This happens when, the sending domain has a low reputation, SPF/DKIM fails or previous spam report triggered aggressive filtering. Unfortunately, Safe Senders does NOT override server-level rejection.

If this is caused by a server filtering, contact Outlook support / Microsoft Support.

    I hope this helps.

    Regards,
    Jhun
