Hi Ivan, I tried your solution and it worked, but after about 15–20 minutes the same issue occurred again
Realtek Audio mute key and device switching issue after power outage
Hello, After a power outage on my Windows desktop PC (MSI motherboard with onboard Realtek audio), the audio output started randomly switching between speakers and headphones. Since then, when Realtek Audio Console is installed, the speakers work but the keyboard mute key shows muted in Windows while the sound continues playing. If I uninstall Audio Console, the rear speakers are no longer detected at all. Before the power outage everything worked normally. Is this a known Windows–Realtek audio endpoint/jack detection issue, and what is the recommended permanent solution?
Thank you.

Access the Realtek console and see if there are options to disable detection or change to the high definition audio driver. See if the problem persists?
In the search box on the taskbar, type device manager and select it from the results.
Select the arrow next to Sound, video and game controllers to expand it.
Select and hold (or right-click) the list of your sound card or audio device, then select Update driver > Browse my computer for drivers > Browse my computer for driver software.
Select the audio device whose driver you want to update, select Next, and follow the instructions to install it.
Thank you
