İZİNSİZ İŞLEM

Merhaba,

17 Mart 2026 tarihinde QNB kredi kartımdan, Microsoft Store adına bilgim ve onayım dışında iki ayrı işlem gerçekleştirilmiştir. Her biri 45.602 TL tutarında olan bu işlemler tarafıma ait değildir.

Söz konusu işlemler sırasında tarafıma herhangi bir bilgilendirme mesajı (SMS/e-posta) ya da doğrulama kodu gönderilmemiştir. Bu nedenle işlemlerin iznim dışında ve güvenlik açığı sonucu gerçekleştiğini düşünmekteyim.

Aşağıda detaylarını paylaştığım işlemlerin acilen incelenmesini, iptal edilmesini ve ücret iadesinin tarafıma yapılmasını talep ediyorum:

Ayrıca hesabımda veya ödeme bilgilerimde herhangi bir güvenlik ihlali olup olmadığının kontrol edilmesini ve gerekli önlemlerin alınmasını rica ederim.

Hi! You can confirm whether those charges came from Microsoft by signing in with your Microsoft account — or any other Microsoft accounts you may have — at: account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

If you see those charges there, you can follow the process in the link below to request a refund: https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/get-a-refund-for-apps-and-games-purchased-from-microsoft-store-81629012-aa4f-f48b-2394-8596f415072b

If you do not see the charges in any of your Microsoft accounts, you will need to contact your payment method provider, because any legitimate charges from Microsoft should appear in your Microsoft account order history. There are also many scams where Microsoft’s name is used falsely.
