Use groupPeerOutlierRecommendationInsightSettings to configure user-to-group affiliation insights in the following properties:

• accessReviewScheduleSettings: recommendationInsightSettings
• accessReviewStageSettings: recommendationInsightsSettings

Microsoft Entra ID assesses the affiliation of the user with other members within the group and provides approve or deny recommendation insights to the approvers.
