MS-DS-Replicates-NC-Reason attribute

Attribute of ntdsConnection object that indicates why (or whether) the KCC shows the connection is useful in the replication topology. Is multiple-valued and has DistName+Binary syntax, where the binary part is an int-size bitfield.
