Can't access the run queue of a gateway

This article provides a resolution to an issue where you don't have access to the run queue of a gateway in Microsoft Power Automate.

Symptoms

You can't access the run queue from the See in run queue contextual menu in Microsoft Power Automate. An empty state is shown instead.

Verifying issue

You need to check that you have access to the machine or gateway that the desktop flow is executed on.

Check to see whether you have access to the machine or gateway.

Resolution

To solve this issue, you need to ask the owner of the gateway to share the gateway with you.
