The Onedrive API creates a short-term valid anonymous URL for downloading,

But it was found that malicious individuals were accessing and downloading the URL more than 1000 times per second, resulting in incorrect responses when accessing the URL. activityLimitReached

Simply put, the public link I created through Onedrive was attacked by CC and resulted in incorrect response. How to solve or find who was attacked by CC
