Can I know if the normal boot time is expected?
Normally Win11 fixingstage fix is not included in the boot process and required to make recovery or setting apply. Please run a full system scan using Windows Defender or any trusted antivirus software to ensure your system is not infected.
Meanwhile, upgrading to latest OS version/driver version will also help on this issue (especially for storage drivers).
