I hope this message finds you well. I have a question regarding the privacy of screenshots taken within the Feedback Hub application. When I accidentally press Win+F, Feedback Hub is opened and a screenshot is automatically captured, is this screenshot saved at some place or uploaded to Microsoft servers before I explicitly submit the feedback form?

I appreciate your clarification on this matter to ensure I am fully informed about the data handling practices in place.

Thank you for your time and assistance.

    Hello,

Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community forum.

According to my research, screenshots that are automatically captured when you open the Feedback Center app with the "Win+F" shortcut are usually not saved directly somewhere on the local file system, but are processed as part of the feedback. It does not automatically upload to Microsoft servers until you explicitly submit the feedback form.

If you are ready to attach a specific screen shot, press Ctrl + V to paste the image from the clipboard or go to the location where you see the problem, then press Win + PrtScn to take the screen shot and save it to your Pictures > Screenshots folder. Then select the screenshot to attach the file.

    I hope this helps.

    Best regards

    Jacen
