After I deploy ASDK on my server，I can‘t accesss ADFS on the dashboard

Question

This is my account that i use to login in the https://adminportal.local.azurestack.external

when I check the ADFS.azurestack.local, I found a question that the server Encountered internal server error, just like following picture

Then I choose to perform self-diagnostics ,the Service Health insights occur two errors

I want to konw how could I solve this question, thanks.
