对触摸屏设备进行HLK测试时，遇到Invalid scan time ( not present )错误

我在对触摸屏设备进行以下的HLK测试：

• Windows Touch Buffering Test (System)
• Windows Touch Five Point Minimum Test (System)
• Windows Touch Resolution Test (System)
• Windows Touch Test (System)
• Windows Touch Ux Test (System)

我已阅读部分文档，上述这些测试项是不需要测试工具的手动测试项。我运行了这些测试，并且按照提示进行了操作，然而每一项测试都失败了,每一项的日志中都有Hid Error: [HID] Invalid scan time (Not present) 这行日志，下面是Windows Touch Buffering Test (System)这项测试的日志：

另外，在开始这些测试之前，设备已经通过了Windows Hid Validation Test (System)这项测试。

请问我应该如何使我的设备通过这些测试？
