请问还能找到一开始的安装文件么？这个挺重要的，如果可以找到的话，可以参考这篇文档：强行删除Visual Studio 2012，手动强制卸载。
如果没有一开始的安装文件的话，有没有试试按这边提到的来手动卸载VS 2012？
因为VS 2012是很老的VS版本了，最好是尽量保持它的安装文件等的完整性，这样有利于卸载或者更改。一旦丢失一些文件，因为联网没有资源提供以修复，不太容易修复/卸载。而且它适配的卸载工具也不多了。
