每次打开Edge都在底部弹出“Microsoft尊重你的隐私”，选“我接受”后关闭Edge再打开，“Microsoft尊重你的隐私”反复弹出。我想知道使其永久不再弹出的具体方法。

Our engineers are aware of this issue and are currently investigating solutions.  I’m hoping you can test a workaround for this and reply with your results.

 The problem is the notification popup is stored in a cookie, so if you’re clearing site data when the browser is closed, you’ll continue to see this notification each time you open the browser.

The workaround is to enter edge://settings/clearBrowsingDataOnClose in the address bar and toggle Cookies and other site data to the off position(gray). Another test is to select the Cookies and other site data option from the same settings page and add msn.com to the Don’t clear list and then leave the setting active.  

Also, third-party cleaning software and browser extensions may be removing cookies, if you’re using either of these and the workaround either doesn’t apply because you’re not clearing data on close or isn’t working try disabling these and testing again.
